Onyx at The Preserve is the newest expression of Onyx Coffee Lab. It's a space where world-class coffee, thoughtful design, vibrant food, and intentional hospitality come together in a new way. Rooted in the same dedication to craft that has shaped Onyx from the beginning, this location expands the cafe experience into a full-day gathering place for Bentonville.

Under the direction of Executive Chef Arturo Solis, the menu offers a Modern American dining experience shaped by the rich culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, Levant, and North Africa. Fresh, seasonal, and deeply flavorful, the food is built around bright spices, coastal inspiration, handmade elements, and plates meant to be shared around the table.

Coffee remains at the heart of the experience, guiding the rhythm of the day from the first morning pour to the final moments of service. Alongside it, a curated cocktail and wine program brings the same Onyx-level attention to sourcing, balance, and detail. The beverage program here is designed intentionally to complement the kitchen and create a seamless experience from morning to night.
